Your voice is more than a tool for communication it is an expression of your inner world, your body, your history, and your unique way of being in the world. 

Our voice can also be a powerful healing instrument for ourselves and others. In this 3-hour experiential workshop we explore the voice as a living system connected to breath, body, emotion and presence.

Through gentle practices, sound exploration and guided exercises, you will be invited to reconnect with your natural voice beyond performance, judgement or the need to “get it right”.

👥 Together we will explore:
• The connection between body, breath and voice
• Releasing tension that restricts natural expression
• Sound and vibration as a pathway to awareness and wellbeing
• Listening to ourselves and each other
• Rediscovering the voice as a resource for expression, connection and presence

Who is this for?
This workshop is for anyone who feels there is more to their voice than what is currently expressed.

Whether you feel held back, curious, or simply want to reconnect with your natural voice, this is a space to explore, listen and rediscover your authentic expression.

About Yee Ley
Yee Ley Lau facilitates experiential spaces that help people reconnect with their authentic voice and inner knowing.

Her work explores the voice as more than communication a bridge between body, emotion and different beings of consciousness. Through sound, vocal exploration and transpersonal approaches, she supports people to release old patterns, access their natural voice and rediscover sound as a resource for awareness, regulation and healing.

Her approach is gentle, experiential and responsive, inviting people to listen more deeply to themselves, to others and to the intelligence of the body.
